Uralsvyazinform (RTS and the Moscow Interbank Stock Exchange: URSI/URSIP, ADR: UVYZY/UVYZYP) - the leading provider of fixed and mobile telecommunication services of the Ural region presents nonconsolidated operational and financial results for 9 months 2010 according to the Russian Accounting Standards (RAS), reported the press-centre of Uralsvyazinform.

 The company gain increased by 6,0 % in comparison with level of 2009 and made up 32,1 RUR billion. Following factors, mainly, have affected on gain growth:

Increase in incomes of services the Internet and data transmission on 14,3 %;

Increase in incomes of cellular communication at 10,5 %;

Increase in incomes of local telecommunication at 5,8 %.

EBITDA [1] increased by 23,1 % in comparison with level of 9 months 2009. EBITDA margin [2] increased on 6,2 items and made up 44,3 %. Indicator Operating margin increased to 28,2 %

The net profit increased by 2 times ( plus 105,6 %) and made up 6,1 billion roubles. Net margin increased by 9,1 items and made up 18,9 %

The percentage debt of the Company was reduced in comparison with the beginning of year to 29,9 % to 14,4 billion rbl.

The user's base fixed, cellular communication and subscribers of broadband access of the Company has made on 30.09.2010 9,4 million subscribers, including subscribers of cellular communication - 5,0 million
