OREANDA-NEWS. November 12, 2010. The reputation of Raiffeisen Bank Aval again got the highest ranking within the framework of the regular image survey of the largest Ukrainian banks carried out by GfK Ukraine.

The general reputation ranking of Raiffeisen Bank Aval was 3.95 scores (according to the survey scale from 1 to 5), remaining unchanged since the beginning of 2010. The Bank has maintained the leadership position during several recent years.

Among the most important factors affecting customers’ preference in choosing services of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, respondents named the Bank’s reliability and transparency, the comfortable location of its branches, its polite and friendly personnel.

“Despite the difficulties of the process of our Bank’s integration into the structure of the international financial Raiffeisen Group, a large-scale restructuring of information technologies and crisis phenomena in the financial sector, we have succeeded in remaining the number one bank in Ukraine in terms of reputation”, reported Volodymyr Lavrenchuk, CEO of Raiffeisen Bank Aval. “We thank, first and foremost, employees of our outlets, whose willingness to help clients provides the possibility for the Bank to be the best among other financial institutions”, added the banker.

The Gfk Ukraine’s survey embraced 1,000 respondents aged from 16 years old. Its sampling is representative for Ukraine’s population in terms of sex, age, region of habitation and the size of a location.
