OREANDA-NEWS. November 13, 2010. OJSC North-West Telecom opened upgraded customer service centres of the Flagman category in four regional centres of the Northwestern Federal District: Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Petrozavodsk and St. Petersburg.

The Flagmans are the main regional points of sale and client service and their goal is to promote the Company’s telecommunication products and service s through organizing the full cycle of sale and client service with the maximum comfort and with the use of demonstration rooms and active advertising. These Centres are distinguished by the highest functionality in the planning of the working areas and by the construction of the office work according to the one stop-shop principle: the entire required set of service s – from consulting and demonstration to making a contract and payment can be obtained by applying to one specialist. The Flagmans operate without days off and meet all the requirements presented to the sales network by the most exacting clients – comfort, convenience, accessibility, recognizability and universality.

In December 2010 a Flagman category Client Service Centre is expected to be opened in Murmansk.

A ceremony of opening OJSC N.W.Telecom’s Flagman Client Service Centres took place on 10th November 2010. It was dedicated to the 8th anniversary of the Company and was held in the form of a videoconference that connected 7 up-to-date Client Service Centres: in Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Kaliningrad, Novgorod, St. Petersburg, Syktyvkar and Petrozavodsk.
