OREANDA-NEWS. November 15, 2010. The Board of AB Bank SNORAS decided to address the Stock Exchange of NASDAQ OMX Vilnius, requesting to include the bank’s ordinary registered shares in its official trading list. Until now Bank SNORAS registered ordinary shares have been traded in the additional trading list of the stock exchange. Bank SNORAS intends to submit the application to Vilnius Stock Exchange by 5 November this year, reported the press-centre of Bank SNORAS.

“Seeking to be included in the official list of the stock exchange, it is necessary to comply with the specific strict requirements, which we satisfy. Inclusion of Bank SNORAS registered ordinary shares in the official trading list of the stock exchange will not only allow to get more attention of investors but will also provide the added value both to us as a business organisation and to our clients,” states Naglis Stancikas, the Vice President of AB Bank SNORAS.

474 217 107 ordinary registered shares of AB Bank SNORAS will be included in the official trading list of Vilnius Stock Exchange from the additional trading list. The total nominal value of the shares amounts to LTL 474 217 107. The nominal value of one share is 1 Litas.

The trade with ordinary registered shares of Bank SNORAS in Vilnius Stock Exchange began on 24 January 1994.
