OREANDA-NEWS. November 16, 2010. The volume of state guarantees in 2011 will remain at 2010 level - 15 billion. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said at today's meeting with representatives of International Monetary Fund.

"In 2010, the volume of state guarantees makes 15 billion. I suggest that next year it remains at that level"- the PM said, adding: "We give these guarantees very carefully."

In turn, the head of the IMF Mission Athanasios Arvanitis agreed with the position of the Prime Minister of Ukraine: "Yes, we see that you think very hard before issuing government guarantees. So, in 2011 we will use the same rule to the state guarantees, which operated in 2010.
