AZEL Company - a leading system integrator and IT solutions provider has presented high-tech solutions at the International Telecommunications & Information Technologies Exhibition & Conference – BakuTel. At the AZEL booth corporate network security systems of Symantec Company were presented. AZEL is a Gold Partner of Symantec and has a wide range of skilled engineers able to integrate applications and software products on security of information systems. In 2010 AZEL has completed project on Symantec Security Information Manager (SSIM) implementation in the corporate network of the biggest GSM operator in Azerbaijan - Azercell Telecom.

Also a new solution for banking sector “Progress Powered by SAP Netweaver” was demonstrated. New financial solution is based on SAP Netweaver system and enables the company to consolidate systems, applications, and data to simplify the IT environment and reduce operational costs, freeing resources to focus on strategic, innovative solutions.

“Progress powered by SAP Netweaver Portal” contains all rules, reports and settings necessary for work in the banking sector of Azerbaijan. System is constantly developing and all changes in the legislation and requirements of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic are reflected in the system at the proper time.  According to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AZEL Igor Yakovenko: "PROGRESS solution powered by SAP NetWeaver Portal” opens new opportunities to realization and optimization of business processes, enables to construct controlled processes and monitors the implementation of tasks by all participants at all stages. Solution is more economical and affordable compared to foreign counterparts, and not yield to them by quality".  Integration of “Progress Financial Solution” into “SAP NetWeaver” is confirmed by the certificate issued by the central office of SAP AG in Walldorf (Germany) on March 10, 2010. 

Among technical innovations presented at the exhibition it is necessary to note Epson projectors.  Epson Company introduced the first Epson LCD projector for sale in 1989 and today enjoys the #1 market share in worldwide micro-device market for projection systems. Today 3LCD technology powers the majority of all home theater, business and education projectors. 3LCD has brightness more than 25% on using lamp of the same power as DLP projectors. New generation of 3LCD panels ensures higher contrast:  Full HD projector Epson EH-TW5500 has contrast ratio 200 000:1. At the presentation new interactive projector EB-450 Wi and a new line of mobile EB17xx projectors with thickness only 44 mm (4, 4 sm) were demonstrated.
