OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2010. SCM has launched the second season of FormulaS project. The same as it was in the pilot season master classes for Ukrainian students will be held by SCM senior managers and a specially invited guest Irina Khakamada. In total four master classes will be held from November to December this year.

The second season of FormulaS educational project was launched on 3 November with a master class "Business and career: are you a businessman?" held by the SCM's Director of Media Business Development Yekaterina Lapshina. Under the project the SCM Group's senior managers and invited experts will deliver brand new open master classes for the Ukrainian students. The project goal is to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills, which will help them build a successful career.

Among senior managers who will share their experience with the students in the second season, which will last from November to December, are:

SCM's Director of International and Investor Relations Jock Mendoza-Wilson,

SCM's Director of Mining & Metals Business Development Amir Aisautov,

DTEK's Director of Business Development German Ainbinder,

and a specially invited guest Irina Khakamada.

We remind that the official start of the FormulaS project was preceded with the pilot season, which lasted from April to May 2010. At that time the master classes for students were held by the SCM's Director of Public Relations and Communications Natalia Yemchenko, SCM's Director of International and Investor Relations Jock Mendoza-Wilson, SCM's Director of Business Development Ilya Arkhipov and Director of Rinat Akhmetov's Foundation for Development of Ukraine Anatoliy Zabolotny. Gleb Arkhangelskiy, a renowned Russian expert in time management, took part in the presentation of FormulaS.

"The pilot season was attended by more than 560 Kiev students and thus proved that there is high demand for our master classes. We received clear confirmation that these are the skills and knowledge, which contemporary graduates lack most. I am confident that the second season will be no less interesting, informative and helpful. I also hope that this season will bring us one step closer to our strategic goal: to make it a must for Ukrainian universities to engage professional practitioners to deliver lectures," stated Natalia Yemchenko.
