OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2010. Russian Agricultural Bank and Russian Bank for Development (RBD) signed Cooperation Agreement on financing of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) in order to ensure higher credit availability for this customer segment, reported the press-centre of RusAg.

SME support is one of the priorities of RusAg’s activity. The Bank has joined the ranks of three leading banks in the Russian Federation in terms of SME lending volumes.

The Agreement with RBD will contribute to further sustainable development of lending to small and medium-sized enterprises and credit availability for SME in various regions throughout Russia.

In the framework of the Cooperation Agreement implementation RusAg will extend loans to SME based on RBD’s programs for purchase, renovation and modernization of production facilities, for creation of material and technical base of new enterprises, for introduction of new technologies, for development of scientific and innovative activity, and for participation in public contracts implementation.
