OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2010. Nurbank (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has  provided to KASE copies of registered amendments to the bank's share issue prospectus and a copy of a certificate of state registration of securities issue, replacing the previous one, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the said documents:

- Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) has registered amendments to the bank shares issue prospectus;

- the said certificate has been replaced due to an increase in the number of the bank's authorized shares;

- The total number of the bank's authorized shares equals to 13,675,557 units, including 13,375,557 commons shares KZ1C33110012 and 300,000 units of preferred shares KZ1P33110118;

- the shares issue has been entered in the State Register of Emissive Securities under # А3311;

- as of November 18, 2010, 3,177,093 common and 225,876 preferred shares of the bank have been placed, its authorized capital equals to KZT34,000,845,000.
