OREANDA-NEWS. November 29, 2010. During October inspections of JSC "Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” and its associated company JSC “Kyzyl CHP” were undertaken to check up operational readiness of the enterprises for the 2010/2011 autumn/winter season. The commissions’ activities resulted in the signing of the acts of readiness of all the energy enterprises of the Company.

The commissions which gave their opinion concerning the readiness of the enterprises of the Energy Company for providing reliable energy supply for consumers in the coming autumn/winter season, composed of experts and managers of JSC "Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)”, representatives of Rostechnadzor and the System Operator. Acts of readiness were given to all the branches of JSC "Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” and its associated company JSC “Kyzyl CHP”.

The commissions carried on a wide range of works to examine fulfilment of the basic and additional conditions provided for in the Regulations which define readiness of the enterprises for operation at low temperatures of the outer air. They inspected all the enterprises of JSC "Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” for implementation of the scheduled repair of the capital and supplementary equipment, fire safety, required reserve availability, personnel readiness and a number of other measures related to security of operating during the successive autumn/winter season. The commissions confirmed that power engineers qualitatively fulfilled all preliminaries for reliable supply of the consumers with heat and energy in the coming autumn/winter season. The emergency response drills conducted to work out actions under emergency situations at low temperatures of the outer air also gained appreciation.

"Act of readiness is not a formal document, it is a result of a large-scale work of all the units of the Company. It is the preliminary period that determines security of consumers in many respects. Experience of the recent years showed high reliability of the energy enterprises of our company under conditions of the very severe winter, including absolute readiness for effective and quick solution of the occurring technical problems. The inspections proved readiness of our branches for bearing the required heat and electric loads under conditions of low temperatures of the outer air," the chief engineer of JSC "Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” Sergey Tsarev noted.

The next inspection stage will be work of the Special Central Commission of the Ministry of Energy of Russian Federation, it will be working from 26th until 29th October. The commission is to confirm operation reliability of the Company and its preparedness for the autumn/winter season. The result of its work will be the Certificate of readiness of JSC "Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” for operation during the 2010-2011 autumn/winter season. The Company should have received it by the 15th of November.
