OREANDA-NEWS. December 1, 2010. Belarusian state-run concern Belgospischeprom increased commodity export 52.7% on the year in the first three quarters to USD 407.9 million, whereas import increased 59.7% to USD 422.4 million, the press service of the concern told.

Foreign trade deficit thus amounted to USD 14.4 million.

Belgospischeprom sale proceeds rose 33.3% on the year in that period to 5.294 trillion Belarusian rubles (Br).

Return on sales reached 15%.

Five companies and one branch subordinate to the concern reported net losses totaling 15.7 billion rubles.

Inventories were at 302.8 billion rubles as of October 1, 2010, or 81.1% of the average monthly production volume.
