OREANDA-NEWS. December 02, 2010. JSC Aeroflot Russian Airlines has introduced a new service of individual passport control booths for Business Class passengers flying on international flights from Terminal D, reported the press-centre of Aeroflot.

For the convenience of Business Class passengers up to two booths have been allocated in the Arrival and Departure passport control zones each. The zones have signboards and Tensator queue management systems.

The new service will help passengers to significantly decrease time spent in passport control. The new service is user friendly; the airline staff meets Business Class passengers in front of the customs zone, checks their boarding passes and shows them to the specially allocated passport control booths.

According to Saveliev Vitaly General Director of JSC "Aeroflot", one of the key tasks of Aeroflot is to provide quality on-ground service comparable with international standards and the introduction of the new passport control booths is another step towards it.
