OREANDA-NEWS. December 03, 2010. Governor’s administrative staff and the Leningrad Region Government have acknowledged BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT as the winner of the competitive tender for drafting regulations on providing state services in the Leningrad Region based on the "one contact window” principle, including services on the ground of the multifunctional center for providing state and municipal services, reported the press-centre of BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT.

This work envisages the following stakes: to draft lists of state and municipal services which will be rendered in the Leningrad Region on a basis of the "one contact window” principle, including services on the ground of the multifunctional center; to determine the ways for the "one contact window” principle implementing with respect to state (municipal) services; drafting methodological recommendations pertaining to making arrangements for state and municipal service rendering on a basis of the "one contact window” principle, including services on the ground of the multifunctional center; to appoint participants of the MFC, the services of which shall be rendered within the frames of the MFC, and their functions in the MFC’s activities; to draft a model for optimal intercompany interactions in terms of providing such services on a basis of the "one contact window” principle, including services on the ground of the multifunctional center; to appoint a list of relevant (additional) services for rendering on a basis of the MFC; to draft a standard training program for the MFC’s staff, as well as to draft regulations, enactments and other documents required for launch of the MFC’s activities in the Leningrad Region.
