OREANDA-NEWS. December 03, 2010. Tatneftegazpererabotka Administration of TATNEFT collected 640.1 million cubic meters of petroleum gas for 10 months of 2010 with 575,500,000 cubic meters out of this amount directed for processing. Delivery of a broad fraction of light hydrocarbons from integrated crude oil treatment facilities amounted to 225.6 thousand tons, reported the press-centre of Tatneft.

More than 307.5 million cubic meters of dry lean gas, about 71.4 thousand tons of ethane fraction, 293.8 thousand tons of liquefied gas and 167.9 thousand tons of liquid hydrocarbons were produced from the received raw materials. The quality of products is in compliance with grades "A" and "Premium". The requirements of all acting standards have been observed.

Gas processing products of the Minnibaeyevo Gas Refinery are delivered in bulk to the Russian market and exported. In the 3rd quarter of 2010 the deliveries were made to Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Kazanorgsintez, Tatenergo, Nizhnekamskshina, Nizhnekamsktechuglerod and Chemical Plant named after L.Ya Karpov. Deliveries of gas products to the CIS and far-abroad foreign countries were carried out to Belarus, Latvia, Poland, Turkey, Ukraine, and Finland.

Tatneftegazpererabotka Administration is actively involved in development of a corporate program of Tatneft for utilization of associated petroleum gas, as it pertains to construction and reconstruction of the gas processing facilities and gas gathering networks. The program envisages bringing the efficient associated petroleum gas utilization level to at least 95% and is performed in three aspects: development of the gas gathering system and associated gas supply for processing to the gas processing installations of Tatneftegazpererabotka Administration; application of furnaces for heating oil in the process of its treatment; generation of electricity and heat with application of gas-piston power generation plants.

Activities for APG utilization are implemented by TATNEFT Company in the framework of the Russian Federation Government Resolution of January 8, 2009 "On measures to stimulate the reduction of air pollution products of flaring the associated petroleum gas". The resolution defines the target of flaring APG in 2012 and subsequent years at a rate of no more than 5% of the produced associated petroleum gas volume.
