The UVK logistics operator and Edsson Ukraine Company (www.edsson.com), providing software development and consulting services, started working on the project of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The customer – the UVK Company - expects that introduction of a new tool for working with Clients will improve the quality and efficiency of services.

At the current stage, the companies conducted analysis of business processes and developed the general concept of the project, identified areas of work, which will be primarily involved in the CRM-system. First of all, it is planned to implement integration of E-stock CRM system with Microsoft module, to identify key performance indicators, to prescribe business processes of work with all categories of Clients, as well as to develop a replication module which will enable to control the work of UVK regional offices.
