OREANDA-NEWS. December 08, 2010. Results of the children's health improving camps contest arranged annually by the Russian Trade Union Council of the Oil, Gas and Construction industry branches have been summed up. The camps of TATNEFT are among the best, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

Groups of children's health camps enterprises and organizations of the oil/gas and construction industry branches participate in the review contest of the Neftegazstroy Trade Union. The largest enterprises in the industry branch including TATNEFT have taken part in the contest.

The contest pursues the following objectives: stabilization of the system of recreation and health improvement of children and adolescents; development of the children's health institutions and improving their material basis; expansion of various forms of organized children's and family leisure; increasing the number of children's and adolescents' improving their health in the camps and also increasing the attention to the substantive activity of the children's recreational institutions.

The children's health improvement camp "Yunost' (Youth)" of Almetyevneft Oil and Gas Production Board (NGDU) of TATNEFT has been named a winner in the group of camps with a capacity of over 200 children per shift. The children's health improvement camp "Druzhba (Friendship)" of NGDU Jalilneft has been named a winner in the group of camps with a capacity below 200 children.

There are 11 sanatoriums and 13 children's health camps operating in TATNEFT today, where workers and veterans of the Company, their children and residents of Tatarstan improve their health. About 10 thousand children have improved their health and have physically matured in the health improvement camps of TATNEFT in 2010.
