OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2010. DTEK announces that it has increased its stake in share capital of Kievenergo up to 40% *.
 
Kievenergo  is the energy company that operates the full cycle of Ukranian Capital power supply, including generation, transmission and distribution of heat and electric power.
 
The installed electrical capacity of power stations of Kievenergo  is 1200 MW, the installed heat capacity is 8550 Gcal/h, the transformation total capacity is  6043 MVA, the total length of cable and overhead power transmission lines is 11 500 km. Distribution and transportation of heat to the consumers are conducted via pipeline network with the total length of 4500 km.
 
On September 04, 2010  DTEK announced that it increased its stake in share capital of Kievenergo  up to 24,9%.
