OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2010. The national telecommunications operator Enforta (PRESTIGE-INTERNET, Ltd) announces the completion of the reorganization of five subsidiaries.

Tron Company LLC (Yekaterinburg), SkyTeleKom LLC (Rostov-on-Don), TK SkyTeleKom LLC (Rostov-on-Don), Mir TV LLC (Ufa) and Yevgenia LLC (Novosibirsk) have all been merged into Enforta. Thus, the national carrier has united the companies it acquired in 2003-2007 under a single legal entity and brought them into full compliance with its business processes and corporate standards.

“In November 2010, we completed all the legal procedures for the merger,” said Oleg Taynov, Enforta’s Deputy General Director for Commerce. “We plan to further expand the business in the regions both through the creation of our own networks and by acquiring regional operators. These tactics have allowed us to build the largest wireless broadband coverage area in Russia under the single Enforta brand.”

Enforta acquired Art Communication LLC, the largest operator in Moscow and St. Petersburg, in 2009. Among the company’s most recent acquisitions is Kemerovo-based KTS CJSC, which it completed this year.

Today, Enforta has offices in 91 Russian cities. The national telecom operator has more than 35,000 corporate customers, including some of Russia’s top 500 companies, as well as sole traders, educational institutions and state bodies.
