OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2010. The Bank of Moscow Call Centre has been ranked among the leading bank call centres by the National Association of Call Centres (NACC).

NACC carried out a study of the call centres of the leading Russian financial companies. In order to identify the best call centres, the NACC experts selected more than 80 credit institutions and insurance companies. The study took the "mystery caller" format, with about 40 calls being placed to each company, at different times of the day and week.

The two main criteria used for assessing call centre efficiency were how well the incoming calls were processed by the operator and how long it took before being connected to an operator. In both respects, the Bank of Moscow came out among the best in Russia.

The Bank of Moscow Call Centre was set up in 2006 and is the link between the Bank and its clients. Over the first 11 months of 2010, in the order of 2.7 mln incoming calls from clients and 565 thousand outgoing calls were handled.
