OREANDA-NEWS. December 14, 2010. Having a number of internet-based assets in its portfolio SCM attended the biggest conference on web-projects carried out in Paris.

A two-day annual conference LeWeb’10 organized in Paris and devoted to web-projects is one of the most high-profile events in the world of information technologies.

This year around 2,500 delegates from 50 countries attended the forum including representatives of big web-projects (e.g. Facebook, Twitter and Google), renowned IT businesses (Nokia), investors, bloggers and journalists.

The participants expressed their expert view on the modern market of internet projects, forecast the development of the web-industry, discussed the meeting points of the Internet and the big business as well as shared practices in development and promotion of online projects. The most promising internet initiatives competed in traditional Startup contest arranged at the conference.

SCM was represented by its Director of Media Business Development, Yekaterina Lapshina.
