OREANDA-NEWS. December 15, 2010. KAMAZ will hold a conference for its Ukrainian dealers in Naberezhnye Chelny on 16-17 December. They will sum up the results of their cooperation during 2010, determine tasks and plans to promote KAMAZ production in their region for 2011.

At first, they will visit OOO RariTEK, OJSC KAMAZ’s partner producing and servicing vehicles running on gas fuel. The use of compressed natural gas (methane) as automobile fuel is one of efficient and ecofriendly methods. Over ten years ago KAMAZ was practically the first company in Russia which started producing bottle-gas driven vehicles on its chassis cooperating with subsidiaries of JSC GAZPROM and small- and medium-scale enterprises specializing in production of certain components of such vehicles.

The representatives of dealer companies will visit the mother assembly conveyor of KAMAZ. The guests will be shown up-to-date vehicles at the exhibition hall of Research and Development Center. In particular, the guests will see restyled vehicles – KAMAZ-65116 truck tractor, KAMAZ-65117 high-sided vehicle, KAMAZ-43253 chassis, KAMAZ-65115 and -6520 dump trucks. A restyled cab with updated interior and exterior, air suspension, components by European producers, state-of-the-art KAMAZ and Cummins engines, ZF gearboxes (including automatic ones), an oval section dumping platform are characteristics of the above-named models.

It should be recalled that the Ukrainian market is among the first-priority ones for KAMAZ. Therefore, Sergey Kogogin, Director General of OJSC KAMAZ, will personally address the conferees. Reports will be delivered by Danis Valeev, Chief Designer; Ashot Arutyunyan, Director of Advertising and Marketing; Andrey Derbenev, Director of Ukraine Region. The participants of the conference will also meet with Eugeny Pronin, Deputy Director General of OJSC KAMAZ of Sales and Service.

The second day of the conference will be devoted to certification of entities of OJSC KAMAZ’s dealer network in Ukraine. The best dealers of the company will be awarded according to the results of their work during the past year.
