OREANDA-NEWS. December 16, 2010. The 8th International Conference on "The Transport Service Market: Cooperation and Partnership" has begun in Moscow. The attendees include representatives of the legislative and executive branches, regional administrations, heads of major transportation companies in Russia and abroad, international transportation organizations, transportation and logistics companies, freight forwarders and port terminals. The conference will cover current issues in the rail industry such as key aspects of rate policy, the quality of rolling stock servicing and repairing and the development of different types of traffic. The main topic of discussion will be the final phase of the reform of the Russian railway industry.

The conference will include a plenary meeting, a panel discussion, round tables and a meeting of a discussion club called "Organizing haulage of the main types of freight amid structural reforms". Freight One’s delegation includes:
