OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2010. Bakcell, the first mobile operator in Azerbaijan, is continuously expanding committed to the philosophy of “Getting Closer” to its customers. In line with its strategy, Bakcell launched a new Customer Service and Gold Sales via the Dealers initiative, reported the press-centre of Bakcell.

Bakcell has increased the number of shops where services are being offered. Bakcell customers can now get their services at 96 points of sale all across Azerbaijan, of which 29 in Baku and 67 in the regions, including Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Bakcell provides its customers with 65 top services at all Bakcell branded shops, including setting up, activating and changing CIN, Klass and Gold tariff plans, Blackberry services, international roaming and lovely numbers.
