OREANDA-NEWS. December 23, 2010. By the decision of the Supervisory Board, Vitaliy Lisovenko was appointed a Member of the Management Board, and Director of Corporate and Investment Business of Alfa-Bank (Ukraine), reported the press-centre of Alfa-Bank.

Mr. Lisovenko has been working in the banking sector since 2006. Before his appointment as Member of the Management Board of Alfa-Bank (Ukraine), Vitaliy had held the position of Innovation Project Manager and Member of the Executive Board of JSC Ukreximbank. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Lisovenko served as Vice President of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (Greece).

Vitaliy Lisovenko has comprehensive experience working at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. Since 1996, Mr. Lisovenko, has held different posts in the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, and was responsible for state debt issues and government relations with international financial institutions. In 2005 – 2006, Vitaliy Lisovenko worked as Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine.

In 1994, Mr. Lisovenko graduated as an economist from Kyiv State Economic University. In 2001, he received an MBA degree from Kennedy-Western University (USA).

As Mr. Evgeni Berezovskiy, the Bank’s former Director of Corporate Business, decided to leave the Bank for new employment, he was excluded from the Management Board of Alfa-Bank (Ukraine).
