OREANDA-NEWS. December 24, 2010. The Belarusian Tax Ministry has identified the list of documents allowing exports of potash and mineral fertilizers subject to a zero-rated value-added tax.

The list includes contracts, including additional agreements, of JSC  Belaruskali and JSC  Grodno Azot with ZAO Belarusian Potash Company; register of commodity transport documents of JSC  Belaruskali and JSC  Grodno Azot confirming export of fertilizers abroad, with indication of the names of documents, numbers, dates, cost of fertilizers and volumes; and confirmation of export of potash and nitrogen fertilizers by the two companies issued by customs authorities of Belarus.

Documents are to be submitted to tax authorities within 60 days of the shipment date.

The document comes into effect on November 30, 2010.
