OREANDA-NEWS. December 28, 2010. Crude oil exports volume via Spetsmornefteport Kozmino Ltd, an oil terminal in Kozmino (Primorsky Territory) is projected at 15.3 million tons this year-end, said Olga Samuskevich, a spokeswoman to Spetsmornefteport Kozmino at the press conference.

"Year-to-date, oil exports have totaled 15 million tons, the annual plan has been fulfilled ahead of schedule. There will be 300 tons more shipped by the end of this year", RZD-Partner.Ru quoted Olga Samuskevich as saying.

In 2010, 30% of crude oil was exported to Japan, 29% - to Korea and 16% to the USA.

Olga Samuskevich also said that the company has made up the schedule of handling of crude exports in January and February (provisional) and received shippers’ applications.

Spetsmornefteport Kozmino Ltd. is a fully-owned subsidiary of JSC Transneft transporting crude oil. The Marine Oil Terminal in the Bay of Kozmino (Primorsky Territory) was commissioned in late 2009. The KOT’s capacity is 15 million tons of crude oil a year, expandable to 30 million tons annually. In Jan-Nov, the volume of crude shipments through the terminal amounted to 13,972,000 tons.
