OREANDA-NEWS. January 3, 2011. DIXY Group - one of the leading food and FMCG retailers in Russian Federation - has announced revenue growth of 18.8% in Russian rubles (25.0% in USD) for the eleven months of 2010 over the same period last year.

DIXY Group's total revenue for the eleven months of 2010 amounted to RUR 57,652 million, representing a 18.8% increase over RUR 48,513 million for the same period of 2009. In USD terms revenue increased by 25.0% to 1,901 million, compared to USD 1,521 million for the eleven months of 2009.

Retail revenue from DIXY stores for the eleven months of 2010 amounted to RUR 48,572 million (USD 1,602 million), which represents a 19.9% growth in RUR (26.1% in USD) over the same period of 2009.

Retail revenue from Megamart stores for the eleven months of 2010 amounted to RUR 6,404 million (USD 211 million), which represents a 16.0% growth in RUR (22.0% in USD) over the same period of 2009.

Retail revenue from Minimart stores for the eleven months of 2010 amounted to RUR 1,957 million (USD 64 million), which represents a 8.9% growth in RUR (14.5% in USD) over the same period of 2009.

Revenue from other activities, such as marketing revenue, sublease income and wholesale revenue amounted to RUR 718 million (USD 24 million).
