As of 01.12.2010, 45 interest yield GLTB issues (including 5 bond issues with the par value of BYR 1,000,000.00 and 40 bond issue for the par value of BYR 100,000.00 per bond), 1 discount yield GLTB issue (par value is BYR 100,000.00 per bond) have been admitted to the BCSE circulation.

In November 2010, there were 595 government securities transactions amounting to BYR 1 042.82 billion or 9 277 436 bonds (there were 964 transactions amounting to BYR 2 121.554 billion, or 20 910 830 bonds in November 2009).

In November 2010, the “before redemption” transactions weighted average yield regarding DGLTB was 9.55 % per year, regarding IGLTB was 13.38 % per year. An average REPO rate, regardless REPO period, regarding DGLTB was 7.75 % per year, regarding IGLTB was 9.73 % per year.

As of 01.12.2010, 27 banks and 14 non-banks securities market professional participants were admitted to the government securities secondary trades. Belarusbank became the operation volume leader, and Bank Moscow-Minsk – the leader by number of transactions in the secondary government securities market in November 2010.

The secondary short-term bonds of the National Bank market

As of 01.12.2010, no STB issues were admitted to the exchange circulation.

In November 2010, as well as in November 2009, there were no “before redemption” transactions in STB market.

The primary corporate bond market (Local Loans Bonds (LLB) exclusive)

As of 01.12.2010, 10 bond issues of 6 issuers were admitted to the exchange distribution.

In November 2010, the following issuers distributed their own bond issues in a “forward transaction” mode: Belinvestbank (issue No.35 (ETB); Technobank (issues No.2,3,4,5); Leasing (issue No.10 (ETB); Belarusian People’s Insurance Pension Fund (issue No.1). Priorbank distributed its own bond issues No.17 and No.18 in a “simple auction” mode.

These operations resulted in 14 transactions in bonds amounting to BYR 97.715 billion, or 756 058 bonds in October 2010. The weighted average yield reached 13.00 % per year (In November 2009, there were 8 primary distributions of corporate bonds amounting to BYR 209.71 billion, or 230 701 bonds).

As of 01.12.2010, 24 banks and 36 non-bank securities market professional participants were admitted to the participation in the bonds distribution purchase.

The secondary corporate bond market (LLB exclusive)

As of 01.12.2010, 135 bond issues of 51 issuers were admitted to the exchange circulation, including 58 bond issues of 11 banks which were admitted to the First Level Quotation List A and 77 bond issues of 40 Issuers were admitted to the out-of-list circulation.

In November 2010, there were 228 corporate bond transactions in the exchange trade system amounting to BYR 318.53 billion or 2 494 086 bonds, including 223 transactions settled in Belarusian rubles amounting to BYR 288.20 billion, 5 transactions settled in US dollars amounting to USD 10.01 million, or 10 000 bonds. (There were 98 bonds transactions amounting to BYR 346.56 billion, or 575 383 bonds in November 2009).

In November 2010, S-T plus 0 and S-T plus n transactions weighted average yield reached 12.36 % per year. The weighted average rate of S-REPO bonds transactions was 9.46 % per year. 

As of 01.12.2010, 24 banks and 36 non-bank securities market professional participants were admitted to trades in bonds. Priorbank became the leader in terms of total amount and MTBank became the leader by number of transactions in the secondary corporate bond market in November 2010.

The secondary LLB market

As of 01.12.2010, 92 bond issues of 33 Issuers were admitted to the out-of-list circulation. In November 2010, there were 2 transactions amounting to BYR 30.20 billion, or 30 000 bonds of executive-administrative authorities. The weighted average yield of S-REPO bonds transactions was 10.08 % per year. (There was one S-REPO transaction for a period of 14 days amounting to BYR 9.95 billion, or one bond of executive-administrative authorities in November 2009).

The secondary equity market

As of 01.12.2010, 1 849 issues of 1 786 issuers were admitted to the exchange circulation, including 2 issues of one issuer which were admitted to the First Level Quotation List A, 22 issues of 21 issuers were admitted to the Second Level Quotation List A, 48 issues of 48 issuers were admitted to the Quotation List B and 1 777 issues of 1 716 issuers were admitted to the out-of-list circulation.

In November 2010, there were 356 equity transactions in the exchange trade system amounting to BYR 32.98 billion, or 641 071 028 equities, including 278 transactions settled in Belarusian rubles amounting to BYR 26.71 billion; 78 transactions settled in US dollars amounting to USD 2.07 million, or 37 171 equities. (In November 2009, there were 326 equity transactions amounting to BYR 9.64 billion, or 2 286 140 equities).

As of 01.12.2010, 24 banks and 36 non-bank securities market professional participants were admitted to the equities secondary trades. Brokerage Company Analytic became the leader in terms of total amount and Bank VTB (Belarus) became the leader by number of transactions in the secondary equity market in November 2010.

As of 01.12.2010, the number of admitted to the exchange circulation issuers totaled 2 122 securities issues. 

In November 2010, there were 1 195 purchase and sale securities transactions amounting to BYR 1 522.23 billion, or 653 628 608 securities. (In November 2009, there were 1 397 purchase and sale securities transactions amounting to BYR 2 697.40 billion, or 24 003 055 securities).
