OREANDA-NEWS. January 11, 2011. Trading in common and preferred shares in Donskoi Radio Parts Factory was launched in the Innovation and Growth Companies Sector of the Market for Innovations and Investments (MII) on December 30. This year, the Company has become the eighth innovation issuer that has entered the on-exchange market using the mechanisms of the MICEX MII.

OLMA Investment Company acted as the listing agent.

Located in the Tula Region, Donskoi Radio Parts Factory manufactures metal-ceramic bodies for the assembly and sealing of integrated circuits, semiconductor devices, ceramic parts for various devices used in the fuel and energy complex and electronic and electrical industry. During the first nine months of 2010 the Company’s revenues grew by 38% over the same period of 2009 and reached 359.91 million rubles.

Vice-President of the MICEX Gennady Margolit, welcoming a new issuer, said: “In 2010, the MICEX RII has shown good performance. During the year eight companies have gone public. Given that in 2009 there were only two public companies, this four-fold growth is an impressive result proving the possibility of securing large-scale investments in Russian innovation companies through stock market instruments. We have every reason to believe that in 2011 the inflow of new innovation companies to the Exchange will intensify.”
