OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2011. Belarusian state-controlled Trading House Belgospischeprom will hold a tender on January 17, 2011 to select a provider of interim management services for OJSC Krinitsa brewery, including project management, financial rehabilitation, streamlining of production and sales strategy with a view to increasing the share of the brewery on the Belarusian market and increasing exports, a representative in Trading House Belgospischeprom stated.

The concern will invite both Belarusian residents and non-resident interim managers experience in production and sale of foodstuffs and/or consumer goods.

The interim manager is supposed to ensure an increase in Krinitsa beer output to at least 18 million decaliters, in beer export to at east 3.6 million decaliters and rebrand the production. Krinitsa EBITDA is to amount to at least 70 billion Belarusian rubles (Br).

The contract with the interim manager will be signed in January or February 2011.

Bids are to be presented by January 14, 2011.

Krinitsa was founded in January 2001. OJSC Polotsk Beer and Nesvizh soft drinks plant have been incorporated by OJSC Krinitsa and operate as subsidiaries.
