OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2011. According to an independent study "The most respected companies of Ukraine in 2010" Oranta is ranked number 23 in terms of reputation among the large Ukrainian companies. The project was carried out through several stages. The criteria for the inclusion of the companies into the research were their gross income and the awareness among the general public in Ukraine. The data collection for the study was implemented by the network marketing agency TNS in October of 2010. The sample size was 1000 respondents aged 18 years and older.

This specialized study of the reputation level of the Ukrainian companies has been conducted by the Reputation Capital for the third consecutive year. The study is a part of the global project Global Reputation Pulse (The World's Most Reputable Companies), which is conducted annually by the Reputation Institute via online survey of consumers in 34 countries.

In the framework of the research it was also discovered that the average level of confidence in the Ukrainian companies has increased five times compared to the year of 2009. This evidently indicates the restoration of the consumers’ confidence in business after the recession of 2008. The highest growth of trust was registered in banks - in general, their reputation has grown by nine points, which is higher than in other industries. The findings of the study show the general trends - the decrease in the contribution of the products and services quality in the overall reputation of a company and the approximation of this index to the world standards.
