OREANDA-NEWS. January 19, 2011. The deadweight of the ships launched by MNP Group in 2010 exceeded 70,000 tons. Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard launched on 9 tankers of different tonnage, including two tankers launched in December 2010 which will be delivered to customers for opening the navigation of 2011. It is the second tanker for SVL with the DWT of 7,100 tons and the tanker with the deadweight of 5,600 tons for V.F. Tanker.

Total deadweight of the ships built by MNP Group in 2010 is 58,000 tons. Seven ships were built at Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard and delivered to customers. This is three tankers (Entseladus, Japetus, Thetys) of the project 19614 dwt 5,600 tons for the company Moorpark Ltd. (Cyprus), two tankers ("Aktobe", "Oral") project 19619 with the dwt of 13,400 tons for Kazmortransflot and two tankers of the 19 900 project with the deadweight of 7,100 tons - Jeyhun for The State Service of Maritime and River Transportation of Turkmenistan and SVL Pride for SVL (SVL Active Co., Ltd.).

In 2011, Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard plans to build eight ships - the second tanker for Moorpark Ltd. with the deadweight of 7,100 tons and seven tankers with the deadweight of 5,600 tons for V.F. Tanker. The contract for construction of seven oil tankers was signed with Volga-Fleet Tanker in July 2010, all tankers will be delivered to the customer in 2011. Thus, the shipbuilding program of 2011 is fully developed. Commissioning program of 2011 will start with the delivery of vessels for V.F. Tanker and SVL.
