OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2011. Beginning January 2011, UTair Aviation will be offering special fares for flights between Moscow and Kaliningrad to promote travel to the Kaliningrad region. These special fares are offered in accordance with recent Russian Federal legislation to increase the affordability of air transportation for the residents of Kaliningrad Region.

The special regional one way fare is 3,600 rubles. Tickets are available for citizens of Russian Federation registered in the Kaliningrad Region under 23 and over 60.
