OREANDA-NEWS. January 25, 2011. Aktilek Tungatarov began working as Executive Director of the International Business Council. The IBC Board unanimously appointed Aktilek Tungatarov as a new director, reported the press-centre of IBC.

Aktilek was born in Bokonbaevo village, Issyk-Kul Oblast in 1979.

In 2001, he graduated from the American University - Central Asia in Bishkek, the Faculty of Business Administration. In 2008, received a master’s degree in economics from the International University of Japan, Niigata.

Until April January 2011 he worked as a Head of Sales through fuel cards at the Gazprom Neft Asia LLC, Kyrgyzstan. Took part in presentations and negotiations, market analysis and sales forecasts. During his studies at the International University of Japan assisted the professors of microeconomics and research methodology. From 2003 to 2006, worked as Financial Manager at Global Trading LLC, Kyrgyzstan. From 2002 to 2003 was Deputy Director at the Solemar holiday resort. After graduating from AUCA, worked as an interpreter/assistant to Project Manager at Japan Overseas Consultants Co. Ltd. The company participated in the Bishkek-Osh Road Rehabilitation Project, Kyrgyzstan.

Has good command of the Kyrgyz, Russian, English, and Turkish languages.  

Married and has one son and one daughter.
