OREANDA-NEWS. January 25, 2011. Open Joint Stock Company PAVA has increased the volume of shipments of its products to Chelyabinsk region. The grain processor has signed an agreement for distribution of products with one of the wholesale companies in Chelyabinsk.

Consumer-sized flour constitutes the major volume of shipped flour. PAVA’s partner supplies Altay Batyushka to local retail stores and retail chains. Being packed in paper and polypropylene bags with picturesque image of Altay fields and the blue sky Altay-Batyushka flour is made widely available on the shelves through such distribution scheme. The figure of an older bearded miller printed on the package signifies commitment to traditions and hard work. The popularity of this flour has been proved by the growing volume of shipments and sales in the region.

The volume of flour realized in Chelyabinsk in the second quarter of 2010 amounted to 100 tons whereas the figure rose to 600 tons in the third quarter of 2010. The forth quarter has shown further growth.Such increase in sales demonstrates that Altay-Batyushka flour found its costumers not only among housewives but also among manufactures of bread and bakery products. The distributer places a lot of orders for sold by weight flour of high and first grades.
