OREANDA-NEWS. January 25, 2011. Belarusian companies’ budget arrears increased 7.9% in November 2010 to 58.1 billion Belarusian rubles (Br) as of December 1, 2010, an official with Belarus’ Statistics Committee stated.

In January-November, budget arrears fell 1%.

Of all arrears, charged but unpaid VAT rose 10.2% in November to 26.9 billion rubles, a fall of 5.3% from January 1.

Land payment arrears were at 8.7 billion rubles, a rise of 40.3% in November and increase of 100% in January-November.

Property tax arrears reached 5.8 billion rubles, down 3.3% in November, an increase of 18.4% in the first eleven months.

Profit tax arrears amounted to 6.2 billion rubles, up 8.8% in November. Since January 1, profit tax arrears increased 60%.

Excise tax arrears reached 1.7 billion rubles, up 54.5% in November and down 19% in January-November.

Deferred tax payments to the state budget went down 1.7% in November 2010 to 259.7 billion rubles.
