OREANDA-NEWS. January 26, 2011. UkrSibbank’s General Meeting of Shareholders has renewed the Supervisory Council of the bank, reported the press-centre of UkrSibbank.
 
As of 24.01.11, the members of JSC “UkrSibbank” Supervisory Council are:

Camille Fohl - Chairman of the Supervisory Council,

Jean  Lemierre - Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Council,

Victor Pynzenyk - Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Council,

Jean-Pierre Falgas - Member of the Supervisory Council,

Dominique Menu - Member of the Supervisory Council,

Alain Fonteneau - Member of the Supervisory Council,

Stephane Mouy - Member of the Supervisory Council,

Nick Tesseyman - Member of the Supervisory Council,

Jean Deullin - Member of the Supervisory Council.
 
Besides, the meeting decided to change the form of the bank’s shares  from documentary to non-documentary form.
