OREANDA-NEWS. February 01, 2011. The Extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of LatRos Trans (LRT) has elected new Supervisory Council. Simon Boddy is elected as the chairman of the Supervisory Council, whereas Mikhail Arustamov as the deputy chairman. Following persons are elected as members of LRT Supervisory Council – Jeffrey Martz, Dmitry Vinogradov, Mikhail Dvorak, Olga Kurenkova, Vladimir Nazarov and Dmitry Barkov.

LRT Supervisory Council has been elected for three years and the members of the Council are starting their work as of 28 January, 2011.

LRT is the biggest Latvian-Russian joint company in the Baltic States. AS Ventspils nafta owns 66% of the company, the balance of 34% belongs to the Russian partner represented by the JSC Transnefteproduct.
