OREANDA-NEWS. February 03, 2011. Belarus’ OJSC Lidskoe Pivo brewery, based in the Grodno Region, reported a 22.7% increase in output to 5.771 million decaliters in January-December 2010, a representative in the administration of the company stated.

In December, beer output amounted to 350,200 decaliters, down 4.1% on the year.

Beer offering in plastic bottles increased 19.4% to 4.463 million decaliters, in glass bottles increased 31.1% to 950,200 decaliters and in kegs rose 33.3% to 301,300 decaliters. Beer production in cans reached 56,000 decaliters.

Supplies to the domestic market went up 16.9% on the year to 5.184 million decaliters.

OJSCdskoe Pivo exports amounted to 555,100 decaliters, up 140% on the year.

OJSCdskoe Pivo accounted for 14.5% of the Belarusian beer output in January-October, up 0.3 of a percentage point from January 1.
