OREANDA-NEWS. February 07, 2011. Businessmen from the Virgin Islands bought for the foreign currency L-0.2-62 diesel fuel produced at Turkmenbashi oil refineries. Buyers from China, Russia, Turkey, Switzerland, Belgium, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Liechtenstein and Gibraltar concluded the transactions for terry towels, jeans articles, denim, cotton yarn, ginned cotton, washed karakul and saraja wool, cotton cake and cotton lint, licorice, cotton waste. The transactions concluded in the foreign currency totalled over USD 45.122 million.

The transactions in deposit mantas were concluded for dyed terry goods, including napkins, towels, bath sheets, grey cloth, cotton and greige yarn, regenerated fibre, cotton flake and cake, cotton waste and greige yarn. The buyer countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Pakistan, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Estonia and Afghanistan. The transactions concluded in deposit mantas totalled over 11.87 million manats.

Turkmen businessmen bought polypropylene produced at Turkmenbashi oil refineries to the sum of over 205,912 manats.
