OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2011. The customers of Rietumu can contact the Bank via Skype – a popular software application allowing to make phone calls over the Internet, reported the press-centre of Rietumu.

In contrast with calls using traditional landline telephones, calls to Rietumu via Skype has two significant benefits: they are free of charge from any place of the world and are highly secure.

“We have always strived to make our service comfortable. Today, when Skype has become an integral part of business life and is used all over the world from New York to Japan, the accessibility of Skype is the question of respect towards our customers. Besides, talking with Rietumu via Skype is safe and secure”, says Ruslan Stecyuk, First Vice-president of Rietumu.

To call Rietumu via Skype, add a new contact “Rietumu.Info” in your Contact list. If you have not yet downloaded Skype to your PC, please go to Skype.com.

Skype calls are received by the Bank’s Customer Information Centre and then redirected to any internal phones.

In such a way, wherever you are, you can get in touch via Skype with your Personal Manager or any other bank staff; receive pieces of advice or the required assistance.
