OREANDA-NEWS. February 18, 2011. ‘Youth in aviation: Innovative solutions and prospective technologies’, the V International scientific and practical conference of young professionals in aviation industry is to be held in Gorizont spa centre, Alushta, Ukraine from 16 to 20 May 2011. 

The Conference is hosted by Motor Sich JSC with the assistance of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Zaporozhye National Technical University, Zhukovsky National Aerospace University (KhAI), Aeronautical Propulsion Engineering Association, and Ivchenko-Progress State Design Agency (GP ZMKB).

Conference goal: Encouraging young engineers, professionals, scientists, and university students to activate their innovative work in aeroengine manufacturing sector to address technical, technological, economic, and energy saving issues; and to contribute to upgrading manufacture conditions and reducing product cost.

Conference objective: Attracting young professionals to addressing scientific, engineering, and manufacture issues; sharing their advanced expertise; exposing their best designs and developments; and implementing them into manufacture. 

Conference participants: Engineers and professionals of the leading companies related to aeroengine manufacturing sector; students, holders of master degree, post-grade students, and young scientists aged less than 35.
