OREANDA-NEWS. February 28, 2011. PJSC “EMAlliance” and PJSC “VO “Technopromexport” signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of construction of electric power installations. The document was signed by the General Director of PJSC “VO “Technopromexport”, Alisher Kalanov, and the General Director of PJSC “EMAlliance”, Levan Dzigua.

The Memorandum was signed with an aim of developing a long-term, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation. The companies are planning joint participation in implementing construction projects of power installations in Russia, CIS countries, countries of the Balkan region, Middle East, Africa, Southern and Southeast Asia and Latin America.

The Memorandum provides for possible participation of PJSC “EMAlliance” in joint projects of the companies on construction of power installations as a priority supplier of Boiler Island equipment for thermal power plants. PJSC “EMAlliance” within the bounds of its obligations, further to the equipment supplies, will also be able to take part in comprehensive engineering of the installations, supply of all parts of the Boiler Island, as well as to carry out erection supervision works relevant to the equipment to be supplied.

Subject to the Memorandum provisions the parties also intend to inform each other of perspective capital investment projects in the area of electric power industry, contribute to concluding other contracts and agreements aimed at implementing the signed document.

At present the work on preparation and coordination of a list of perspective projects for joint implementation is being carried out.

While commenting the execution of the Memorandum the General Director of PJSC “EMAlliance”, Levan Dzigua, pointed out that the cooperation with PJSC “VO “Technopromexport” allows the company to, first of all, strengthen its strategic positions in the foreign markets. “Taking into account the immense experience and references of “VO “Technopromexport” in the international market, today we can easily state that “EMAlliance” has found a reliable partner for implementing the most challenging projects on the basis of up-to-date Russian technologies in the area of design, manufacture and complete delivery of the Boiler Island equipment for thermal power industry” – emphasized Mr. Dzigua.
