OREANDA-NEWS. March 2, 2011. On 2-4 March, Almaty will host two construction exhibitions, KazBuild Spring 2011 and WinTec Expo Kazakhstan 2011, and a real estate exhibition, KazRealty 2011.

Every year, these exhibitions take up several pavilions at Atakent Exhibition Centre. This year’s exhibitions will take place in three pavilions: 9a, 9b and 9.

The joint exhibition will present 157 companies from 15 countries: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Czech Republic, Germany, Iran, Kazakhstan, Poland, Russia, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

The participation of the Czech National Group (10 companies) and Iran’s Chamber of Commerce is deserving of special mention. Companies from Russia (11%), Turkey (5%) and Ukraine (4%) will be widely presented.

The interest of building materials manufacturers in KazBuild Spring 2011 and WinTec Expo Kazakhstan 2011 has greatly increased. They account for over 70% of all exhibitors. Exhibitors will present new materials and services. For example, one of the exhibitors will present an innovative material: fiberglass panels for modular construction. The exhibition’s business programme includes a roundtable, Modern Urban Landscaping Design (Residential, Industrial and Transport Areas), on the problems of urban improvement and landscaping.

New products at KazRealty 2011 include the residential compound Kazakhstan Almaty Woolim Apple Town Project, presented by the Kazakhstan-Korean joint venture Apple Town, as well as the Europolis residential compound by the company of the same name. Commercial property in Astana will be presented by the Kazakhstan-Turkish joint venture Rixos Residence. Overseas property will be presented by companies from Bulgaria, Spain, Thailand, and Ukraine.

The real estate exhibition has an extensive business programme, which includes consultations by specialists, roundtables and more. Presentations and roundtables will take place in the Seminar Room at the entrance to Pavilion 9. KazRealty 2011 will offer visitors an opportunity to receive professional advice on the best ways of investing, and learn about modern methods of capital preservation and financial management. In addition, visitors will get professional legal advice on buying and selling property in Kazakhstan and abroad.

KazBuild Spring and WinTec Expo Kazakhstan are leaders among the spring events in Kazakhstan, and have become a major business platform for industry professionals. The professional level of the exhibitors and continuously improving quality of services have gained due acknowledgment from visitors, as demonstrated by their increasing number (a 35% increase in 2010).

Official support for the events is provided by the Agency for Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Almaty City Administration.

KazBuild Spring, WinTec Expo Kazakhstan and KazRealty are organised by Iteca together with its international partners: ITE Group Plc (UK), GiMA (Germany) and EUF A.S.
