OREANDA-NEWS. March 03, 2011. Administration of Pskov region will develop special GLONASS introduction program. The program implies introduction of the satellite navigation technologies in the region for its social and economical evolution. 

The document is to be prepared by the regional officials and Federal Operator NIS-GLONASS by late March.
