OREANDA-NEWS. March 05, 2011. At the end of March 2011, the Commission of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) will consider a case against the “Pervaya Nerudnaya Kompania” OJSC, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

On 17th February 2011, FAS Russia initiated proceedings against “Pervaya Nerudnaya Kompania” OJSC upon the signs of violating Part 1 Article 17 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”.

In August 2010, “Pervaya Nerudnaya Kompania” OJSC announced a tender for supplies of chipping products for the need of “Russian Railways” in 2010-2013. However, the participants did not have a possibility to find out about the tender procedures until the results were announced.

Earlier FAS Russia received petitions from ‘Pavlovskgranit” OJSC and “Nedra’ Association.

In its turn, “Pervaya Nerudnaya Kompania” OJSC could change the procedures for determining the winner and the bids evaluation criteria in order to create preferential conditions to a particular bidder in prequalification.
