OREANDA-NEWS. March 11, 2011. Raiffeisenbank renews its "Mortgage Saturdays" in Moscow — these public events offer an opportunity to receive individual consultation on mortgage-related issues. The consultations will take place in the bank’s Mortgage Centre located in Moscow at 28, Smolenskaya-Sennaya Sq., starting at 10a.m. and closing at 5p.m., reported the press-centre of Raiffeisenbank.

On March, 12, experts from Raiffeisenbank and real estate agencies will offer free advice on the current situation in the housing market, inform about mortgage terms and conditions, all of it on a Saturday, when there is no rush and every customer can appreciate and ponder over the comprehensive information and advice.

"Mortgage is a complicated financial product, which requires exhaustive discussion of all details in a quiet and comfortable environment. That is why we are relaunching our public „Mortgage Saturdays“, already available in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Nizhniy Novgorod. By the end of the year, this service will be extended to the largerst cities of Raiffeisenbank’s operation," commented Andrey Stepanenko, member of the management board of ZAO Raiffeisenbank in charge of retail private individuals directorate.

Raiffeisenbank started its mortgage operations in 2000. First "Mortgage Saturdays" were organised in 2006: they were recognised as an important instrument to boost public interest in mortgage products, and were soon very popular with the bank’s customers.

Today, ZAO Raiffeisenbank offers a wide range of mortgage programmes designed to help finance purchase of a flat at the construction investment stage, to assist in purchasing of a property in the secondary market, or offer the potential of a home equity loan.
