OREANDA-NEWS. March 11, 2011. Within the framework of preparation of the 2010 public annual report, TENEX hosted a forum — dialogue with representatives from various entities interested in obtaining non-biased detailed information on the Company's activities and prospects for development. Such dialogues are organized as a part of the industry-wise project on improving the system of public reporting by Rosatom State Corporation in which the Company participates.

Almost fifty representatives from the interested parties discusses the top-rank issue of the annual report — Ensuring a Secured Supply of Products and Services by the Russian Nuclear Fuel Cycle. Among them were officials from Rosatom State Corporation, Federal Service for Technological, Environmental and Nuclear Surveillance (Rostehnadzor), JSC TVEL, separation and sublimation integrated plants, JSC ARMZ, JSC Atompetstrans, Union of employers in Russian nuclear industry, power and science, BUREAU VERITAS international certification and auditing company, GREENLIGHT international ecological organization. Top managers of TENEX head office and affiliated companies, including foreign-based subsidiaries participated in the dialogue (in videoconference mode).

In his opening address TENEX Deputy General Director Valery N. Govorukhin briefed on the Company's position in the nuclear power structure of Rosatom State Corporation, main results of its activities in 2010 and plans for the future. In their co-reports TENEX top managers discussed in detail the subject of security of supply with reference to business processes of contracting and products sale, and with reference to transportation — the logistics, quality assurance and risk management.

In the course of the discussion the participants expressed satisfaction with content-richness of the event and voiced a number of recommendations that will be taken into consideration while preparing the 2010 annual report.

The next forum-dialogue to be held within the next two months will be devoted to "Development of JSC Techsnabexport as a modern marketing and trading company in the context of the nuclear industry reorganization", as well as a public hearing of the draft 2010 annual report.
