OREANDA-NEWS. March 21, 2011. Executing Clause 1 of No. АG/31555 FAS Russia’s decision of 20th September 2010 to extend the period for considering a petition of “Russian Railways” OJSC on forming “VGK” OJSC (further on referred to as the FAS Russia’s decision), No. АG/5202 Letter of FAS Russia of 16th February 2011, “Russian Railways” OJSC submitted to FAS Russia draft the “Regulations for providing cars to consignors (particularly, for carload shipment) by the group of persons including “Russian Railways” OJSC, “PGK” OJSC, “VGK” OJSC”, as edited by Russian Railways” OJSC. Clauses 2, 8 and 11 of the Regulations, forwarded earlier Russian Railways” OJSC, “PGK” OJSC, “VGK” OJSC” by FAS Russia and placed of the FAS Russia’s official web-site, were changed, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Having analyzed the document submitted by “Russian Railways” OJSC, FAS Russia did not approve the draft Regulations.

On 15th March 2011, FAS Russia forwarded to “Russian Railways” OJSC draft Regulations improved in view of the current antimonopoly law and the law on railway transport, so the Regulations can be approved in the near future.

“Russian Railways” OJSC also reported to FAS Russia that executing Clause 2 of the FAS Russia’s decision “Russian Railways” OJSC drafted and placed on its web-site the Procedures for organising transportation by railway rolling stock not owned by the carrier.
