In order to update terms and conditions for services provided by a/s “Citadele banka” in accordance with Latvia’s services market, the Bank has introduced changes in terms and conditions for accepting and servicing term deposits, reported the press-centre of Citadele Banka.

The changes provide that starting from 9 April this year, collection of principal amount and interest accruals from term deposits in cash from the account will be available at the bank without commission fee in pre-determined periods:

Principal sum of term deposit – within 14 days of expiry of term deposit contract or early termination date;

Interest accruals – within 14 days of transfer of term deposit interest to your account.

After expiry of the 14 day period mentioned above, a commission fee for receipt of cash from account at the bank specified in the Bank’s pricelist will be applied to withdrawal of term deposit in cash.

Citadele Bank encourages clients to keep track of the expiry date of your term deposit contract and to use the opportunity of receiving your accruals in cash without commission fee!

We would like to remind that private customers are welcome to carry out transfers of term deposits and related accruals between Citadele Bank’s accounts via internet bank free of charge at any time convenient for you. Likewise, private customers can withdraw cash in Latvian Lats without commission fee at ATMs of Citadele Bank (Latvia), GE Money Bank, Latvijas Krajbanka and Latvijas Hipoteku un zemes banka at any time using those payment cards of Citadele Bank that do not have commission fees determined for cash withdrawal in the Bank's pricelist.
